What is CANNABIDIOL?
Cannabidiol is a naturally occurring cannabinoid constituent of hemp. It is one of at least 113 cannabinoids identified in hemp plants, accounting for up to 40% of the plant’s extract. Cannabidiol has been found to interact with a variety of different biological targets, including cannabinoid receptors and other neurotransmitter receptors. Cannabidiol is a clinically proven neuroprotectant, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
What are the effects of cannabidiol?
Cannabidiol, Vitamin C, Vitamin B, and Vitamin D are all non-psychoactive ingredients. This means they do not alter brain function. HH365 is a product line that is intended to deliver a standardized milligram dosage of cannabidiol while simultaneously delivering a consistent dose of the essential vitamins needed daily. What is a NEUROPROTECTANT?
A neuroprotectant is a substance that may result in the salvage, recovery or regeneration of the nervous system, its cells, structure, and function. Are there any side effects?

Will HH365 get me high?
The primary ingredient in HH365 is Cannabidiol (CBD) oil. CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that has been shown to provide numerous therapeutic benefits without causing the high that users typically associate with cannabis. Although our product does contain trace amounts of THC (less than 0.3%), the overwhelming majority of users will not experience any psychoactive effects.
What makes HH365 superior to all other available CBD oils?
The cannabis plant contains more than 480 different chemical compounds. Where does HH365 source it’s hemp oil?
Unlike many of our competitors who import their hemp oil from foreign countries such as China, or use industrial hemp paste, which is often a byproduct of the manufacturing process when hemp is used to make rope and clothing, Haleigh’s Hope grows, extracts, produces, packages and ships 100% of our product from our facilities in Colorado. Because we have exclusive control over our products from seed to sale, we ensure the highest levels of quality and consistency in the industry. Every batch of our product is lab tested for safety and quality.
Does HH365 support regenerative farming practices?
Yes, this farming practice is a large part of Haleigh’s Hope’s Organic Certification with the USDA. We use cover crops and crop rotations to naturally regenerate the soil.
Where is the HH365 hemp grown?
All hemp used in the HH365 products is grown on our Haleigh’s Hope USDA Organic Certified farms in Colorado, USA.
What extraction method does HH365 use?
Haleigh’s Hope’s USDA Organic Certified handling facility only uses beverage grade CO2 for our extraction machine. The entire process, including everything that touches our products in USDA Organic Certified.
Is HH365 made in GMP Certified facility?
Yes, the Haleigh’s Hope facility received GMP certification from one of the largest GMP certifiers in the world.
Does HH365 use third-party Certificate of Analysis lab reports?
Yes, HH365 uses a third-party lab throughout the production process to ensure that the products meet or exceed our stringent quality standards. Once the product is complete, HH365 does a full panel lab test before the final packaging is done. The batch specific full panel tests are available to everyone who purchases products from HH365.

Should HH365 be used to treat or cure any disease?

Cannabinoid-based products create a particularly difficult legal dilemma for manufacturers. On one hand, the U.S. government holds a patent on the use of cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants. On the other hand, the DEA has long classified cannabis and cannabis-based products as Schedule I drugs, indicating that they contain “no medical benefit”. This inherent hypocrisy has stymied efforts to conduct the rigorous research required to achieve FDA approval for HH365 and similar products.

Is HH365 legal in my state?
Yes. The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis. Additionally, U.S. Federal Courts have ruled that naturally occurring cannabinoids derived from a hemp plant with less than 0.3% THC are not included in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) under the definition of marijuana. Because HH365 contains THC levels of 0.3% or less it is legally classified as a hemp extract and is therefore legal to ship to all 50 states.
